Cardio Training — Kickin’ it up — Interval Training from Personal Trainer Dave Hansey

I have been crazy busy the last few weeks. And I really don’t function properly without a good hard daily workout. It gives me energy and makes me feel good and alert and happy for the whole day. So I have been working out hard using intervals to make the most of my time. I take no rests with my strength training and really push it on my cardio intervals. And know what — I am loving it. It is like I found a brand new toy!

There is always something cool about a new way to work out that is energizing and right now, I am into intervals. I am still doing my longer runs on the weekend at Sweetwater, but I consider that as much meditation as a workout. There really isn’t anything better than running in nature with deer and a stream and trees and fresh air.
