A written reality check

I hear lots of people tell me that they have no idea why the scale is not budging, that they eat like a mouse etc. Sometimes it is hard to see all the things you really put in your mouth. That soda that is 300 calories, that coffee drink that can be more than 800, that handful of M&Ms at the office, that small piece of birthday cake.
