			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So the elusive six pack.  It is that time of year and people are all in the gym focusing on getting ripped.</p>
<p>Here is a bit of reality.  Abs are possible for anyone.  But it takes work to eliminate fat from your middle.</p>
<p>Depending on your genetics, you can have great abs as a woman with around 18% body fat and a six pack with just a few percent lower.    Remember genetics play a part here.   If you hold your weight in your ass, lucky you, your abs will show up sooner.   If you hold it in a tummy pooch, it will take a lower total percentage to see them.</p>
<p>For men, who tend to hold their weight around their middles, this percentage is more like 11-12% to see decent abs and for some men, it takes as low as 8 to really have a 6 pack.   </p>
<p>Watch your diet and take care of yourself and work out and of course you can achieve this but great abs like anything else in life don&#8217;t come from wishing for them.</p>
